The only requirement: 238LAB must have edit access. Depending on the situation, creation or migration may need to come first.

   - We start immediately once admin access is granted
2. Code managed by an external development agency
   - Coordination with the agency comes first
   - Once aligned, 238LAB works in a three-party structure with the agency
   - If coordination is not feasible, we recommend migration or rebuild
3. Custom-built site
   - We establish a collaboration structure with your internal dev team
   - 238LAB writes the technical specifications and change requests and hands them to your dev team
