How often are performance review meetings held?

We hold regular meetings once a month by default. When traffic fluctuates significantly or a new campaign is running, we may shift to biweekly (once every two weeks).

Meeting Frequency Criteria

  • Monthly: Stabilized, steady-state operations
  • Biweekly: First 3 months of a project, periods of high traffic fluctuation, or when running parallel new campaigns
  • Weekly: During large-scale redesigns or migrations, or when urgent issues arise

Meeting Structure Principles

  • We go beyond simple reporting: 'root-cause analysis of data changes + review of improvement impact + reprioritization for the next month'
  • We support insight-driven decision-making
  • All discussion points are shared in meeting notes within 24 hours

Meeting Formats

  • Online: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams
  • Offline: On-site visits to our office or your office, up to once per month
  • Asynchronous: Written reviews via Slack and Notion (scheduled around your availability)
