What are the contract terms and payment methods for an SEO project?

Contract structures differ by service type.

We operate two main models: comprehensive consulting (around 3 to 6 months) and managed services (around 6 months to 1 year).

Contract and Payment Structure by Service

1) Comprehensive SEO Consulting

• Duration: ~14 weeks (6 phases: kickoff, analysis, design, guidelines, implementation review, performance analysis)
• Payment: Full amount due at contract signing (installments negotiable)
• Deliverables: Consulting report, tag implementation guide, performance analysis report

2) SEO Consulting & Managed Services

• Duration: 6 months baseline, extensions negotiable
• Payment: Setup fee + monthly management fee
• Deliverables: Off-page SEO after site implementation, dedicated content writing, monthly performance reports

3) Custom Projects (integrated SEO/GEO, SIO infrastructure build, international SEO, etc.)

• Quoted separately after scope definition

Common Terms

• Payment is by bank transfer against a tax invoice by default; overseas entities can pay in USD
• Scope changes are adjusted only after prior written agreement
• KPIs and milestones are specified in the contract and managed transparently
